Does your life look like either of these?
Hi there.
My name is Christina Fabritiis and I’m from Queen Creek, Arizona. This is my friend and colleague Katie Kuncho from Jacksonville, Florida. We are certified sleep specialists helping families all over get better sleep.
We’re here because we each had our own struggles surrounding our baby’s sleep.
We KNOW firsthand what it was like to be sleep deprived and EXHAUSTED! We remember what it was like to be new moms researching and digging to try to find something out of desperation to help our little ones sleep better. We remember feeling like failures because our babies were not sleeping well at all. There were so many people offering advice and plenty of conflicting information out there. We were tired, cranky, and sleep deprived and just wanted a solid answer on how to help our little one sleep through the night.
We were arguing with our spouses, short with others, and sometimes didn’t feel like we could handle the daily tasks at hand. It was all so overwhelming.
Since pediatricsleep is our specialty, we’ve teamed up to help more families get the sleep they need. As sleep consultants, we use a simple step-by-step approach to teaching you how to help your child to sleep through the night (yes restful, consistent naps too). You may be thinking that you don’t want to leave your baby to “Cry It Out“. Neither did we!
Let’s talk about crying though…
I want to be real with you here. Crying is a form of communication for babies. This is their way of protesting when they don’t like something. You can expect that most of the time when we change something in a baby’s (or child’s, or even adult’s sleep pattern for that matter), there will surely be some sort of protest around that.
At Fabulous Sleep Solutions, we believe healthy sleep habits make healthy humans.
You don’t have to worry because we use a more gentlesleep training approach leaving your little one feeling very loved and supported.
Sleep is a necessity, not a luxury.
