My Faith Is at the Heart of How I Serve
My relationship with Jesus is the foundation of my life — not simply something I talk about on Sundays.
It shapes the way I live, the way I make decisions, the way I run my business, and the way I care for the families God places in my path.
Looking back, I can see how God has used difficult and unexpected seasons of my own life to prepare me to walk alongside families during theirs.
I don’t believe Scripture gives us one specific, “God-approved” sleep-training method.
But I do believe we can approach sleep with prayer, wisdom, compassion, grace, discernment, and respect for the unique child God has entrusted to each parent.
That’s an important distinction when I talk about “sleep training God’s way.”
To me, it doesn’t mean claiming that my particular sleep method is God’s method.
It means allowing our faith to remain part of the conversation as we make decisions about sleep — rather than feeling as though we have to set it aside.
If your faith matters to you, it can matter here too.
We can talk about it.
We can pray about it.
And we can build a sleep plan you feel confident and at peace implementing.
“In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety.”
— Psalm 4:8
