How to teach your toddler twins to sleep independently through the night

This past week I was talking to a mom who has toddler twins. The babies are almost 2 years old and she is ready to teach them how to sleep independently through the night. the big question was, HOW? How to transition from 24 months of rocking before bed and during the night to teaching her little ones to go to bed on their own and learn proper sleep habits.  Ideally, the best time to teach your little one sleep …

How to get your twin babies to sleep through the night

Twin Babies SUPERMOM If you are a mom of twins, you are a superhero! Period. I mean, we all know that one baby is a full-time job (a wonderful job, but definitely full-time), so how can we describe having two babies? You have two (wonderful) full-time jobs! Combining sleep training and daycare can be tough, I won’t lie to you. You’ve powered through some hard nights, refused to give in when your baby tested your willpower, and now that everything’s finally running smoothly, you need to put your trust in someone else to …

I’ve never worked with a family whose baby went right down on the first night and just magically slept through from then on. Some have slept through the night on night two, most of them start seeing results on night three or four, but I …
