Based on your individual needs, we’ll help develop specific strategies to improve your sleep so you can wake up feeling refreshed and energized.
90-minute Video Consultation: During your private consultation, we’ll discuss your current sleep situation and ways it can be improved. We’ll provide you with a plan and weekly action steps to ensure you understand the changes we’re making and how to form new habits to get the restful night’s sleep you deserve!
4 Follow-Up Calls – Up Accountability & Coaching: As your personal sleep coach and guide, I’ll help you make gradual, incremental changes to improve your sleep. We’ll follow up through two scheduled calls, to track your progress, celebrate successes and provide feedback to help you mitigate your sleep challenges.
