Favorite products that promote baby sleep.

Creating healthy sleep habits often goes beyond routines alone – the right products can make a meaningful difference in your child’s ability to fall asleep and stay asleep.

Our sleep consultants have carefully selected products we know and trust to support better sleep for babies, toddlers, and families. These items work alongside our gentle sleep training approach, helping you create calm, consistent, and restful nights.

Noise Machines

Struggling to get your baby to sleep? A white noise machine can help create a soothing environment. I like the Hatch because it has different colors. This is great for sleep training your toddler to stay in bed on red and get up when green.  The other White Noise Sound Machine is great for older kids, adults, and compact for travel. (We use this one ourselves)

These two are my favorites:

swaddles

Sometimes, newborns need that extra security and sleep better in a swaddle.  I love the Halo because it’s adjustable.  The Love to Dream Swaddle Up is great because it allows your newborn to sleep with arms up.  (My son preferred that even IN the womb!)

These items tend to be safer than a loose blanket.

Blackout Shades

We highly recommend using blackout shades in everyone’s bedroom!  For a lower cost, especially if you have blinds to cover, the Cordless Blackout Shade is a great choice.  We also love the Portable Blackout Shades because you can take them anywhere you go!

Magnesium

Magnesium is very helpful in helping to relax the body for a great night of sleep. It is safe and can be used for sore muscles too. As always, be sure to talk with your doctor and do your own research before using it.

Humidifiers

Humidifiers are wonderful when there is sickness, allergies, or dryness in the home. I like these two options because they have multiple functions, are quiet, and effective.  Remember if using the light, use the red light or no light option.

Baby Monitors

Let’s talk baby monitors… There are so many good ones out there. I like these baby monitors because they are great options for those who want something that doesn’t need to connect to the wifi.  I love the 2-way talk feature, nightvision, and so many other great options that they each offer.
