Terms & Conditions Agreement

OUR COMMITMENT

YOUR COMMITMENT AS MY CLIENT:


  • Be open and honest. Don’t waste your money! I can’t help you if I don’t know exactly what is going on. 
  • Use your time well. Your package allows us adequate time to make a noticeable improvement in your child’s sleep but only if you communicate regularly and to the best of your ability. 
  • Commit to the plan. It works! Have faith that what we have agreed upon will work and stick to it long enough to see the results. 
  • Ask lots of questions! I can’t throw everything I know at you in one consultation. Ask questions as they come up for you throughout the process. 
  • Keep me in the game! Silence is hard on a coach! I will assume no news is good news; if things aren’t going well, check-in early with an email so I can help! 
  • Implement the plan soon! It is best to implement the plan soon after your consultation, while everything is fresh in your mind and before your little one’s needs change. Your plan must be implemented within 30 days from the date of your consultation to utilize your follow-up support (refunds are not offered for plans that are not implemented within this time frame). 
  • Sleep logs! These need to be kept current as they are my only tool to help you and know what’s happening with your little one. If the sleep log is not filled out, I will not be responding to your emails until it is updated. It is better for me to help you proactively instead of reactively. Please don’t wait until the end of each day to update the log.


MY COMMITMENT TO YOU AS MY CLIENT:


  • To put your child first. Our entire plan will be created to the benefit of your child. I would never ask you to do anything you are not comfortable with doing. However, I will educate you on how your decisions impact your child’s sleep. 
  • To be available to you for our appointments. I will avoid rescheduling our calls to the best of my ability because I know what it is like to be anxious for support. In return, I hope that my clients will stick to our arrangements as well out of respect for the other families that I work with.
  • To be patient. I know you are sleep deprived and you are doing the best you can. I do not judge any of your decisions up to this point, and I respect you for investing in your child’s sleep health. 
  • To support you the best I can. Implementing change is hard! I am here if you need to vent, cry or talk something through. 
  • To abide by the follow-up guidelines that I have provided to you. We will mutually schedule our phone calls and I will reply to your emails within the specified time frame during the business week.

Reliance on any information provided by Christina Fabritiis dba Fabulous Sleep Solutions is solely at your own risk.


AVAILABILITY:

My office hours are as follows:

Monday 1-4 pm., Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 9:30 am – 2:30 pm.

Friday, and Saturday I will check my emails twice (morning and afternoon) and respond to your messages.

I do not work on Sundays, and public holidays, and therefore will not answer phone calls or emails.

Follow-up calls will be arranged with you ahead of time. If the caregiver does not answer, I will leave a message and if you do not call back within the half-hour, it will be counted as one of your calls in the package.

Texting is not included as a part of the package unless purchased. If you would like to purchase text support for the first night, or for the duration of your package please let me know so we can make arrangements.


Fabulous Sleep Solutions has the right to terminate the relationship between itself and caregivers with no warning or refund if:

  • Caregivers are unable to follow instructions to a reasonable degree.
  • Any verbal or physical abuse.
  • The caregiver or coach deems it not appropriate timing for the child’s needs after a thorough evaluation.


EXCLUSION/LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

Christina Fabritiis of Fabulous Sleep Solutions does not make any representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding consulting services provided. Christina Fabritiis of Fabulous Sleep Solutions liability (if any) is limited to the consulting fee paid by you to Christina Fabritiis, and in no event will Christina Fabritiis be liable to you for any other claim, losses, or damages.


CONFIDENTIALITY: Your child’s plan was developed to meet his/her specific sleep needs. Its contents are confidential and for your sole use. Your child’s plan should not be shared or adapted in any way to meet the sleep needs of another child.

I have read and understood the commitments outlined above and agree to the terms of this agreement.
